  • Our bungalow & cottage vacation rentals were built in 1922/1923. Prohibition was in its 2nd. years, the Florida Land Boom was hot, bobbed hair and the “Marcel Wave” were in vogue, Yankee Stadium opened, the Walt Disney Company & Time magazine launched, and George Gershwin composed his Rhapsody in Blue. Model T’s were starting to make their way to Florida on the Dixie Hwy and a land boom was taking place in Florida in all of Florida. Old Seminole Heights where we are located is a treasured community of Bungalows and Mediterranean’s just three miles from downtown Tampa.
